Er gaan veel veranderingen plaatsvinden in onze wijk: er zullen binnen enkele jaren driemaal zoveel inwoners zijn, dus ook (veel) meer woningen en auto’s. Voorzieningen staan nu al onder druk en dat geldt ook voor het groen in de wijk. Dit vergt veel van de huidige bewoners. Wij, de Werkgroep Kop van Blaarthem, werken samen met de Gemeente aan een Actieplan om op korte termijn de leefbaarheid in onze wijk te verbeteren. De eerste aanzet voor dit plan willen we graag met jullie delen en jullie aanvullingen daarop meenemen.
Kijk alvast naar het eerste concept.
Hiernaast heeft de Gemeente het “Gebiedskader Kop van Blaarthem en Genderdal” ontwikkeld. Daarin staat hoe die verdrievoudiging van inwoners eruit kan zien m.b.t. woningen, voorzieningen, verkeer, groen enz. De link naar dit Gebiedskader vind je op http://www.openeindhoven.nl/kopvanblaarthemgenderdal & http://www.openeindhoven.nl/blaarthemgenderdalmidden. Tot uiterlijk 20 september kunnen wij allen onze reacties geven op dit plan van de Gemeente. Ook dat Gebiedskader willen we aan jullie voorleggen.
Kom naar de Wijk bijeenkomst Toekomst Kop van Blaarthem op dinsdag 8 september van 19 tot 21 u. in het buurtpaviljoen LINCK op het winkelplein aan de Karel de Groteplein. Omdat daar maximaal 50 personen in mogen vragen we je om je aan te melden via werkgroepkopvanblaarthem@ziggo.nl .
Indien er meer dan 50 aanmeldingen zijn zullen we een 2e avond organiseren.
Betaald parkeren staat deze avond NIET op de agenda ! Dat bespreken we in een volgende wijkbijeenkomst.

Dear fellow resident of neighborhood Kop van Blaarthem,
Many changes are coming to our neighborhood: in a few years, there will be three times as many residents, which also means (many) more homes and cars. Facilities are already under pressure, and the same goes for the green spaces in the neighborhood. This demands a lot from the current residents. We, the Kop van Blaarthem Working Group, together with the Municipality are working on an Action Plan for improving the livability in our neighborhood in the short term. We would like to share the first draft of this plan with you and include your feedback. You can already check out the initial concept.
In addition, the Municipality has developed the “Gebiedskader Kop van Blaarthem and Genderdal” Area Framework. This outlines how the tripling of residents could look in terms of housing, facilities, traffic, green spaces, etc. You can also find the link to this Area Framework on http://www.openeindhoven.nl/kopvanblaarthemgenderdal & http://www.openeindhoven.nl/blaarthemgenderdalmidden. Until September 20, we can all give our responses to this plan from the Municipality. We also want to present this plan to you.
Come to the Neighborhood Meeting Future Kop van Blaarthem on Tuesday, September 8th, from 7 to 9 PM at the LINCK community pavilion on the shopping square at Karel de Groteplein. Since a maximum of 50 people are allowed inside, we ask you to register via werkgroepkopvanblaarthem@ziggo.nl
If there are more than 50 registrations, we will organize a second evening.
Paid parking is NOT on the agenda for this evening! We will discuss that at the next neighborhood meeting.
